When you connect your Gmail account, we access your emails to identify purchase orders and supplier communications. We sync emails from up to the past year to help you track your orders effectively.

Purchase Order Information

We extract and store purchase order details from your emails, including order numbers, dates, amounts, and supplier information.

Supplier Contact Information

We extract supplier contact information from your emails, including names, email addresses, and phone numbers. This information is used to facilitate follow-up communications on your behalf.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve our service
  • Analyze emails to identify and track purchase orders
  • Calculate delivery risk and suggest follow-up actions
  • Send follow-up emails on your behalf (when you enable this feature)
  • Send SMS text messages to suppliers on your behalf for purchase order follow-ups (when you initiate this action)

SMS Messaging Disclosure

nesen.ai enables users to send SMS text messages to their suppliers for purchase order follow-ups. By using our SMS features:

  • You confirm that you have an existing business relationship with the supplier receiving the message
  • You authorize nesen.ai to send SMS messages on your behalf to supplier phone numbers in your account
  • Message recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
  • Message frequency varies based on purchase order activity and follow-up needs
  • Standard messaging rates may apply to recipients

Google API Services Disclosure

nesen.ai's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

  • We only use your Gmail data to provide purchase order tracking features
  • We do not use your data for advertising purposes
  • We do not sell your data to third parties

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us operate our service, including AI providers that analyze email content to extract purchase order information.

We do not sell or share mobile or personal data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. We only share data with third parties when it is strictly necessary to deliver our service and only under binding agreements that ensure confidentiality. Under no circumstances will mobile data be shared or sold for advertising or promotional use.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption for sensitive information and secure authentication methods.

Your Choices

You can:

  • Disconnect your Gmail account at any time from Settings
  • Delete your account and data from Settings
  • Revoke our access through your Google Account settings

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or disconnect Gmail, we remove the associated data from our systems.
